Andrew Poon, Chief Executive Officer
Andrew directed REACH’s founding team in 2008 and has been serving the organization since. At the time he was serving as the Co-President of the NC State Asian Students Association. He graduated from the Edward P. Fitt’s College of Engineering of North Carolina State University in 2010. He is now working at Eaton Corp as part of their Leadership Development Program – Operations for Engineers.
Yi Xiang, Chief Operating Officer
Yi has worked with REACH since its inception in 2008. Prior to his current role, he was a standing officer in Duke University’s Asian Students Association and helped establish REACH’s ties with the China Tomorrow Education Foundation; he played key roles in fundraising for the Guangxi Daping Elementary School. Currently, Yi is working in the field of education management as a Campus Director for Strayer University.
Luke Lin, Chief Financial Officer
Luke graduated from the University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill in 2009 and is currently working for General Electric in the Financial Management Program.
Jimmy Nguyen, Chief Marketing Officer
Jimmy graduated from North Carolina State University with a masters from the MGIM program in 2011. He is currently working at Under Armor in their marketing department.
Andrew Hsiao, Webmaster
Andrew was one of the co-founders of REACH in 2008, serving as the president of Duke’s Asian Students Association. He was previously the webmaster of the Duke ASA website, and currently is a software developer at Microsoft in Raleigh, NC.
